Installing Liners

Installation of a liner takes a matter of minutes and is simplicity itself.

Standard 20' and 40' containers which will be filled and discharged with the doors open require a false bulkhead. This can be a wooden structure, built in-situ, a reusable, heavy duty woven polypropylene fabric sheet reinforced with steel bars; or a disposable, lighter weight polyethylene fabric front, integrated into the liner construction and again reinforced with steel bars. The latter allows a large, zip fastening filling hatch to be incorporated if required.
