Pneumatic loading

Low pressure/high velocity systemsPneumatic loading can be considered for both granules and powders and is a good solution for low head-room existing silos. Liner damage can occur when loading granules and pellets due to the high velocity loading and therefore careful consideration is required during set-up. This method requires additional equipment such as a compressor, a dryer, clean air piping, product conveying pipe, blower room or acoustic hood, and rotary valve feeder.
