Applications Assessments

To arrive at a suitable liner design, the following aspects of the application to which the liner will be used, need to be taken into consideration:-

    • Type and size of container (top loading or end loading; 20ft / 30ft / 40ft / 45ft)
    • Product flow characteristics
    • Product quality
    • Loading method
    • Discharge method and local regulations
    • Environmental conditions
    • Cost-effective payload
    • Transportation time
In order to ascertain all the answers to the above, discussions need to take place with the product supplier and receiver. Once this is done, a fit-for-purpose liner solution can be proposed.
